Erin Adams, Chair
An arts and community strategist based in the Southern Highlands, Erin founded The Pop-Up Project and leads year-round studio trails and partnerships that connect local creatives with audiences and sponsors. A founding committee member of Angels In Our Town (since 2023), she’s known for hands-on event delivery, regional advocacy and building cross-sector collaborations that grow cultural participation across the Highlands.
Rabih Yanni, Co Chair
A hospitality entrepreneur with nearly three decades’ experience, Rabih owns Melbourne’s Botanical Hotel and founded South Yarra Deli, scaling premium food operations and brands with community at their core. He brings deep operational leadership, retail growth and partnerships expertise to the Board.
Layla Tilley, Secretary
Layla is a People & Culture leader focused on wellbeing, inclusion and psychologically safe workplaces. As People & Culture Manager at Lending Association she launched and educates staff on confidential EAP supports. This experience translates into robust governance, policy and volunteer coordination for the Foundation.
Tony Hill, Board member
A Melbourne solicitor and principal of McCluskys Lawyers, Tony’s practice spans property and commercial law. He has an extensive record of community service and local board participation, bringing legal, governance and stakeholder engagement strengths to the Foundation.
Peter Blunden, Board member
A veteran Australian journalist and editor, Peter is a former Herald Sun editor and senior News Corp executive. Recognised with an AM in the 2024 King’s Birthday Honours, he brings media strategy, reputation stewardship and deep community ties through long-standing foundation board work.
Ant Morell, Board member
Co-founder and executive director of BOUNCE Inc, Ant helped build a beloved action-entertainment brand with significant national and international growth. A brand-led operator, he contributes expertise in youth engagement, experiential programming and scaling mission-driven organisations.
Catherine Greaves, Board member
Catherine is an experienced leader across community, health, education and emergency management. Appointed CEO of Life Saving Victoria in 2021, she’s also an AICD Fellow with senior governance credentials — expertise she applies to safeguarding, risk and transparent impact reporting.
Emma Schwarzman, Fundraising and Events
Emma is an energetic community fundraiser and events collaborator with experience rallying public support for health causes. She brings relationship-building, donor engagement and campaign execution skills to help convert inspiration into measurable impact.
